TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR USE OF AGARTALA TOWN HALL


1. Proper care should be taken by the user agency to ensure safety of property of Agartala Town Hall. If any loss/Damage occurs while using the user is to make good of it.
2. Bicycle or any other vehicle is not allowed inside the premises of the hall.
3. Hall rent may vary from time to time and to be deposed in advance along with
security money.
4. No. extra sitting arrangement shall be allowed beyond the present arrangement capacity.
5. Smoking & taking alcohol is strictly prohibited in the Hall.
6. Selling of tickets in any form in the town Hall Premises will not be allowed.
7. Extra half & hour as grace time may be permitted before or after the schedule period of programme if possible.
8. This permission for use of Agartala Town Hall may be treated as cancelled at any time if there is any govt. programme or any other important programme.
The user is to bear with us.
9. (Extra furniture Sofa, carpet etc.) may be provided depending upon availability & on pavment of rent/ charge to be prescribed from time to time.
10. Extra amount is to be paid for use of Town Hall on Sunday & Holidays to be prescribed from time to time.
11. Taking of lunch/ dinner inside the Town Hall is not permitted.
12. Drinking water etc. to be arranged by the user agency.
13. Care should be taken to avoid any fire hazard. If any loss/ damage
occurs
due to fir accident the user agency will be responsible to make good of it.
14. Security deposit will be refunded in full if no damage is occurred or no extra use of Hall beyond the prescribed limit is observed / reported by staff.
15. None is permitted to paste any poster on the wall/screen of stage and wings
screen.
16. If not informed within 24 hours from the time of use about non use of the Hall the rent once deposited, shall not be refunded.
17. Authority of Agartala Municipal Corporation will not be responsible if the programme is suspended due to natural calamity power failure and for other force majeure.
